Perfect for daughters 1st birthday!

Perfect for daughters 1st birthday! She was wearing 9M-12M at the time so I got her the 12-18 to make sure it wouldn’t be too small. It fit her kind of loose on top but I tied a balloon string at the back and it fit great! She wore it for her party and Halloween. Definitely recommend!
